    @CoolEscalator is it possible to see what is going on with #COOL-20260217-2601666 please? The line is active - the Openserve test account @PBCool sent to me has worked up until this morning. Openserve was scheduled to be here between 8-10 this morning, needless to say they haven't arrived yet.

    This is what I did earlier in the month. Does anyone else find the wording: "...in the beginning of each quarter" ambiguous. What is considered the beginning - is it the first month (my interpretation), the first day of the first month or the first half of the quarter?

    It is one of the options for the 500 points under Home: "Manage your property or use one of the available services under the nav» Home tab on the FNB App once a quarter." So no advantage over requesting, say, a property report.

    That was my thought yesterday, but it was still not there today. I re-added it and found that the interface is very different now. Previously one could set information about the property such as rooms, efficiencies, etc. Now it is just value, nickname, description and number of owners.
