Iphone4s / Ios6 / Vodacom data ghost usage
Hey Stanlives, I'm almost 100% sure it's the bug in the podcasts app. The cellular data usage on my phone only shows that since January i've only downloaded 7GB, which ties in with my 750MB per month data bundle. When I mentioned this to Vodacom they said they don't go by what the phone says...- mattsmith

This does seem to be a bigger problem. Take a look at https://discussions.apple.com/message/19733817#19733817 So i've narrowed the issue down to a bug in the new iOS 6 podcasts app. Many people are reporting massive data downloads after attempting to download a podcast from iTunes. I'm having a similar issue, and Vodacom is also adamant that the charges are correct. my iPhone 4 (iOS 6), apparently made an audio streaming connection at 22h40 after I was asleep, and continued throughout the night until 07h30 the next morning.
