I agree. I don't think anyone has a problem waiting for the watch... the customers just need to know that their claim is verified and guaranteed. -

Just an update: I just received my SMS confirmation from Huawei. I got my Mate 20 on the 16th and claimed the same day. So hopefully yours is on the way. -

I totally agree, bundling the watch with the phone makes far more sense! The free watch was the main reason I went for this phone. -

I did some research last night, and found that Vodacom customers were complaining on the Facebook page, seems as though the same thing is happening to them. However there were a few comments stating that they received their watch just over a week after claiming. So who knows what the story is? -

I\ Hi, Is there a way to check if my claim is going to be verified? I have received the "Thank you for submitting your claim" email but nothing since then. I do not want to loose out on the watch, it was the main reason I went for the Mate 20.
