    I've had this problem before. It's a DSTv Now issue, and there doesn't seem to be a fixed root cause as to why it happens. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes you have to ask their support to reset the authorization token on their end.

    Are you able to get the Kodi add-on to play at anything greater than 540p? Nothing I do seems to work beyond this resolution, and I doubt it's a connection issue- I'm running 20Mb uncapped.
