    Landlord delaying/refusing to give my deposit back

    I got evicted from my room and was told to leave on Monday the 30th April 2018. The landlord said the deposit I paid is in a fixed deposit and I will have it by the 3rd May 2018, which is today, I am currently homeless and crashing with a friend because I need that deposit to move into the place...
