    Mine Today was between card payments choices, first card bounced(old card) as it was set as default , so just choose the other card on the next screen , which didn't show me my ORDER amount or CODE redeemed/discount only choice between cards - havent seen this screen before and them Shazam ...

    Ok , so posted something on their Facebook page , and they called me back. I explained to them that they should surely be able to check me, redeeming my code, and ofcourse they told me that they will let their IT and Marketing people check it out. Lets hope they call back.

    Surely the system should have been written to hold a code for that person's purchase , once it has been redeemed? And they should also surely be able to track what codes I have used like 1 minute ago , and if it worked?

    Me 2 , deducted full amount , called takealot at that point and the calldesk lady just told me there is a limit , and the discount only applies if you are lucky to grab the discount voucher before somebody else's payment goes thru.
