    These people are literal scammers. I just called and the accounts department can’t cancel my contract and I’ll have to get through the cancellation department 😂

    The take you to their retention department and after that you are told you’ll receive a call. I tried that😪

    This is absurd really. I think I’ll just take them to court at this point. It is irritating. I am so mad.

    I took an account with Telkom over the phone that ended after 24 months, I then asked for it to be cancelled after it went over to the month to month period, I was told to go to a physical store to do so, mind you not all of us have Telkom stores nearby. I then started receiving multiple...
