    Is there an Ombudsman to escalate a Fibre company to?

    I currently have an open escalation with Vumatel. I've been without internet since the 9th of September. For months on end I've had speed issues sometimes less than 1MB, the internet gets cut abruptly repeatedly. Technicians have been sent to my place by my ISP on 2 occasions, it was discovered...
