Yes I went out and bought a brand new network cable. Plus Coolideas even sent me a new router and still the issue persisted and the C5 is the new router. Dont worry guys I have cancelled with you as I am tired of the back and forth arguements.
I must say I am bitterly disappointed in Coolideas. I have sent multiple screenshots from the 14th of December of my issue that I am experiencing and guess what.... Neither Vumatel or Coolideas have fixed it all they doing is passing blame. I feel as a customer I have not been treated fairly...
