    I was on JHB node and I went down when DDOS attack happened as I couldn't log back in till the services started to recover and even then it took 5 minutes just to log back in as services was still recovering phase at the time and the store page wasn't working for a while till it recovered.

    The DDOS peaked at 29.69 terabits per second (Tbsp) and previous one last month was around 11 (Tbps) so this was certainly classed as a massive attack from a bot net, found this info on the internet after googling why steam was down.

    Due to the storm yesterday my was knocked out around 15:00 and my load shedding starts at 16:00 and the power did come back on after 18:40 and heard almighty main hum and bang shortly after that and thankfully we were running a generator at the time so the breaker for the house was turned off...
