Sorted. Was given the incorrect primary SIP address. Should be sip.mweb.co.za. Was previously given sip.mweb.net by MWEB tech support -

Mweb voip S300 IP Phone Setup
Am battling to setup a S300 IP phone on my MWEB fibre router and am no not sure if I was sold the correct product. Have registered and received phone number and password. Am new to this. Tried MWEB help line and they could not assist. Does anyone have experience with this phone?
