    VOX Telecom not only have competitive rates they also accept eft payment (just ignore repetitive emails asking you to select alternate methods - cr card, D/D) and eventually your method defauts to eft.

    I managed to get through to the Atantis DOA number and the guy that answered said it was only Atlantis that was offline- don't know how accurate that is - anybody??

    Atlantis, according to info the whole Western Cape is down. The Atlantis info line is never answered.

    offline for days and no idea when systems are available again. Does anyone out there have any contacts? Home affairs are castrating the very people they should serve. Typical government performance.
