Absolutely revolting service from Telkom

We got shocking service from MTN as well - we changed because of the poor contract offerings. I get far more minutes on Telkom than I ever did on MTN.

It's a dual sim, however only one sim in the phone.

In January 2023 we ported our MTN numbers to Telkom and from day one I had no network coverage and difficulty placing / staying on calls. After a month (Feb 2023) the network coverage was resolved, only to have it disappear when the new month kicked in. Happened again at end of March and then...
