Porting to Cell C - rica problem
I am currently trying to port from vodacom to cell c. Bought the sim card, had it RICA'd. Sent the sms, but received no confirmation sms. Instead I keep getting a message stating failed to send. I am at my wits end. Does anyone know the cause of this problem- Michelle221510
