    Since I placed my notice the service levels, the little that was there, just evaporated. My fibre service is completely down, unable to pass any traffic and support just sits there.

    Their support used to be good, but now, especially in the last 3 years, it has worsened massively. Now, their support cant even fix a lease and giving you responses that frankly, you should not even post to a user that has done all of the tests upfront. They just working from a script and tick...
