Mine is finally working..I used a different cell phone to complete the rica process..the live face recognition was slow I'm not sure why but it worked anyway.use a different phone .it worked for me

Good morning guys..I need some assistance on my rain sim card ..they already took the money dor the data which was R479 but I'm stuck on the RICA part by the live face recognition , it's being saying please wait for quiet some time now
