    I have done the same. The drama begins with the actual cancellation and only once it has been cancelled only thereafter will the refund be processed... Has your order actually been cancelled as yet?

    Samsung wasn't clear on this when I used live chat. It is noted that the trade in is not live yet. Seems this will be live from 31 Jan - same day they open pre-orders.

    Website shows price as R24,499, however it shows online exclusive. I assumed this related to the additional R1,500 Sealand voucher they were throwing in rather than the price itself...
