As a small town, as interesting or just in general?
It's a bit subjective, I guess. My own definition of a small town is pretty simple: if it has a mall and/or a franchise hospital like Life, Mediclinic, Netcare etc it is not a small town. But that's just me.
Has anybody ever received a fine from an average speed camera? A while back I asked a bunch of people at work that travel the N3 regularly and nobody has received or know of a person that was fined in this way.
