They don't offer the exact same packages as Vox has the 20/10 line and home connect has 20/20 so technically Home Connect comes in cheaper, but it isn't a big enough difference to really make a huge impact. Thanks for the suggestion.
Mostly the price, Vox comes in at about R100 cheaper than other ISPs, due to them owning Frogfoot. My only concern was their customer service, as they seem to not have a good track record on these forums.
Our fibre lines recently went live in our area and I am considering using Vox as my new ISP. I have no references on the quality of their network or customer service and I would like to get some feedback from the community on how they experience Vox on the Frogfoot fibre network.
