    SABC wants to raise TV licence fees, have stricter enforcement

    i still dont get why i pay sabc tv license and multichoice R 29 a month for clear signal. what if i bought my tv purely for dvd movies. i think the last i actually watched the sabc was in 1993 when Orknie Snorknie was still airing. after that it was an uphill shitshow box
