    The 10ms is possible. But I doubt any openserve fibre provider will charge that cheap for 200mb/s. Telkom which I used increased their 200mb/s line to R1999 per month from R1699 and it's capped to 600GB. And WiFi 6 is actually reliable and has better handling of packages.     Graphics card

    Did you overclock your gpu that can be a problem if it is not stable, undo the oc. Or update the gpu drivers.
