With my Kuga 2.5T the consumption drops like a rock the moment the auto box changes from 4th gear to top gear. Unfortunately this happens at only 75km/h. 95% of my driving is in a 60km/h zone:crying:

Throw out the spare wheel and only fill the tank to half every time. It should double your performance.
