    Now if I do plug back that ATS cable.. it shows the mains feed is... 169.2Vs on the display. But again with the multi-meter the mains are 231V and very randomly when i turn it off by the key and turn it back on.. it will show 231.3 And that is the part that also freaks me out.. because its...

    Lets just disregard the the input voltage from the mains when the ATS is plugged in for this scenario... Lets say i have unplugged the ATS comm cable completely now.. With our without the ATS comm connected.. the output reading on the gen supply shows 190Vs on the screen. So it runs perfectly...
