    So I have some feedback, and this appears to be a self-own. The lady said it was because I did the transaction so late. The transaction cleared on the 29th according to the app, I should have listened to the age old rule of doing things a week before. It's so stupid.

    I thought it was my mistake again, but it seems like the requirements for the first R4/l are: * Have your car in "my garage" (done) * Pay with virtual card (always do, and it reflects as a transaction last month) Think I will log a ticket to complain :D

    Can confirm that this still happens. Things move slowly in fnb land Wait until you see the terribleness that is the Share Zero account. FNB have single handedly made easy equities look like one of the best investment platforms.

    I have the same gripe. Sometimes transactions don't even show up for a while on virtual cards for me either. I have attributed it to FNB quirks.
