    There methods worked well to find out where it was located: Go into any physical post office and ask them to check the tracking number and tell you exactly where it is. Email JIMCCustomerServices at postoffice dot co dot za. They responded within a week.

    Very helpful thread! I've ordered something off eBay and it's at my local post office. Problem is the local PO branch has closed down. I can see the exact location but it only gives the location code. How do I find out the location using the ZAXXXXX code?
