    Matrix Warehouse doesn't seem to keep to their own policies

    So a year ago, I bought a gaming headset. 11 and half months afterwards, the volume control starts acting up. Volume would work but past 50% starts crackling and left or right side glitches out at times. I handed it in 1 day before the expiry of my warranty, and they made a note on the document...
