Their website is horribly unresponsive, and the support number are either international or the local numbers are dead / no answer, I did leave them a message on their "contact us" section, but im not holding my breath.- mrventerjaco

No , if our Generator was faulty , ie , a mechanical breakdown @ 3:00 AM in the morning we want to have someone available to come repair it . Its a 110 and 50 kw Cummin generators.- mrventerjaco
