Go from NAT type 3 to NAT type 2 on MTN Sim

I'm tethering my PS4 with my MTN hotspot, but the NAT type is 3 and its said to be restrictive for online gaming, which is what I'm currently experiencing. Is there a way to convert it to NAT type 2?
