    SIP ALG was disabled by default (on both new and old router) It doesn't work both enabled and disabled. I tried disabling SPI firewall as well. I will contact my IT department so see what they say and get back to you. Thanks for the help so far.

    I did check that. MTU on both is set to 1436. When I received the new router, it was set to 1480 by default, but a cool ideas technician said I should change it to 1436 to resolve another issue (We weren't getting 200mbps speed and international sites wasn't working)
