    Slow telkom 4Mb line speed - Especially business hours

    I have a 4Mb line in the Val de Grace area/Silverton exchange. Internet sync speed is extremely slow, especially during business hours, since on Sunday I got my old 3.14Mbps sync rate. I've done a few tests with the Telkom guest account, and it seems to be congestion since the speed varies...
