According to my info, you must register with local municipality. In CPT they are 18 mnths behind in applications, and it's another cow to milk...R10 000 plus to register- Mybr1501

Received phone call, citing my email address and ID nr, followed by an email with about 8 fines, dating back to 2020. Then checked on CoCT eportal.
