You have to buy from three different categories. You can't just buy vouchers. Your three vouchers are from 1 category.
You should also buy electricity and airtime. I don't know if lotto counts either.
I suspect this is where you went wrong.
Do you have the "transactional" and "saving" FNBy accounts? The savings one must grow.
I buy a little electricity in the app to get the reward points and then the rest via Clicks.
Some payment gateways settle their merchants before they get the funds from the banks. They sometimes offer their merchants next day settlement, knowing that the funds are going to come to them a few days later.

Yup, that seems to be a common issue. Both my Woolworths and Clicks accounts have lots of cards that I can't remove :(

Usually I get the option to pay around 5 days after the fees are collected (which is usually on the 5th of the month). Nothing this month though 😱 Hopefully it comes through soon.
I have the opposite situation 😂 App shows 0/500pts, then says 1/1 actions completed. If I tap into the section, it says I haven't gotten the points and that I've spent 404, but no combination of the purchases that I made adds up to that. I've done airtime, electricity, and Showmax, so I hope...
I'm in this exact same situation. Already been passed around a couple of times by WFS support. They already sent me the survey link to rate the support I received, but the issue hasn't been resolved :rolleyes:
