No fibre internet connection since fibre installation on 24 May 2024.
I desperately need assistance. Ticket number KQW-528-67670. Fibre was installed on 24 May 2024 that I requested via Afrihost, and installation was done by Openserve. The technician that did the installation informed me that there is a outside line fault that is the cause of the red “Loss” light...- Narrie12
