    Swopped out routers and got setup sorted. Getting around 60... Still not great or what I'm paying for, but better than 30.... Think maybe a downgrade is needed if they don't give the speeds I pay. Thanks for the assist!

    Did you get a resolution to this? I logged a ticket with Cool Ideas on 23/10/2023 and they still haven't given me feedback to try fix it. Every speed test is low. best I get is 35... Also wireless shouldn't be less than 70 if it's on a 100, unless if I lost the plot. Any advise?
