Just to clarify—I got a response after telling CyberSmart I’m cancelling the service with immediate effect. What did I get back? A classic cut-and-paste job—some empty apology followed by them reinforcing their precious terms and conditions. The irony? I’ve had no service for four days...
I officially had enough. I have sent an email cancelling my subscription with them immediately. They should not dare to deduct the next debit order. I have signed up with a new ISP. Its not only about the past 3 days of hell , Its the indifference from their side that gets to me
