    Are there any Octotel issues in Cape Town southern suburbs? I'm unable to connect to pppoe since about 3, think it is octotel as opposed to cisp as other people in my block of flats have the same issue, but pppoe is normally ISP related.

    I'm getting an 'authentication failed, incorrect username or password' when I haven't changed either on my router.

    Been seeing something similar regularly (but not that often) over the last couple of days. Rocket League (SA servers) and Discord (SA servers) both drop for 10-30 seconds, also affects streaming sites (DSTV in particular). I'm on Octotel in Cape Town (Wynberg).

    Hi, For some reason I can't seem to get onto the support website. I'm getting authentication failure errors since my power came back on. I haven't changed any settings to cause this. Is there someone I can call about this?
