Hi, My rain 5G worked great for the past month, but stopped working yesterday. Rain does only offer online support and an automated reply to my e-mail said they will reply only between 24 & 48 hrs. Its now been 30 hrs without reply and I cannot afford to wait any longer...my kids need internet...
