    If the knob heads just invested in education 20 odd years ago, somewhat of all of this wouldn't be a problem. Forcing something when its not required doesn't help, we have a young population get people educated!

    Think you missing all ISP's using IS had issues lately as upstream provider /rsaweb believe octotel and maybe vox and a few more uses them too and been down more often than not over the past 60+days. Struggle is real
