Thanks .. how do i now get this through to the right people? is this a setting that they can change via complaints dept or must it be done via a open serve technician at the exchange ?
I just switched from a 4meg dsl to 20meg vdsl ...how do i check besides a speed test that this is not a dsl 20m connection ? I get download of 16-17m but the upload is not even 1 ?? is there any modem settings that must be changed or does it update on its own !! On the modem at the internet...
