    I do like MacOS and still have it running on an old MacBook Pro of mine, use Windows on my personal and work laptops, Linux only for Solar Assistant, HA runs on HAOS which is run in a virtual server via Proxmox which runs on Linux on an old HP Elitedesk.

    Geyser timer solution for solar

    My inlaws have the same setup at their house in Hartebeespoort, my FIL simply keeps the front most geyser on when it is just them their and switches the back one on when guests are there as well. It means they have hot water when it is just them without running both geysers and more hot water...
