    South Africa: 5G ZTE rain router, no network

    May you please assist, the network light is red. I cannot access the Internet, I have been resetting and rebooting and placing the router at different places with no luck. When I go online for authentication it says 'no simcard or invalid simcard' and I just got a new simcard 2 days ago. Please help
