    received one as well. seems to be the case. from what i understand, this effectively means that no transaction on the ABCC, POS or not, is actually free, since you will at some point have to settle the outstanding balance, which will incur a fee

    They're lying. After numerous complains I finally received an email last Monday informing me that they've had issues with their supplier and will deliver within the next week. Needless to say, they did not. Last Tuesday I received an SMS reassuring me that the unit will absolutely be delivered...

    same here. really went off on them yesterday. on friday they told me the order has been dispatched and should be delivered on monday. called them again on monday, was told that the package is again 'ready for collection'. i can understand if they're having problems with suppliers, i dont mind...

    same, two emails 'escalated' and five or so calls without any meaningful feedback. they're making this more difficult than it needs to be. all i want is a delivery date. if they dont have stock and its delayed, so be it. but the lack of transparency is frustrating. but i guess we'll just have to...

    mine's been saying that since monday. everytime i call ebucks support they say its with the courier and should be delivered within the next day.. but for some strange reason they cant follow up with the courier to confirm that.. makes be a bit sceptical of whether it actually is with the courier

    Both items still have the same order number, same tracking information as well it seems. I received the first of two items today, package shows '1of1'. Will prob have to clear it up with them tomorrow. I assume after giving them a call tomorrow I'll find myself in the same boat. Unfortunately...
