Samsung smart TV cannot connect to wifi

Thought I'd chime in on this after finding this on Google. TLDR, Reset the TV and use the Smart Things app to connect it to your WiFi. I had a Samsung UHD/Crystal TV that died, and I replaced it with a Samsung QLED (Q60). Strangely the new QLED TV refused to join the WiFi and kept saying the...

Mecer 1000va offline ups - mute beeping?

My Mecer unit needs to have the setting re-applied via ViewPower every time it's turned off. I guess the most permanent solution is take off the speaker or just never turn it off ‍‍by the button. i.e. if you move the UPS, just leave it running.

Mecer 1000va offline ups - mute beeping?

If anyone is still looking for answers to this, I made a short video walking through how to stop a UPS from beeping: The software that is provided locally either comes on a CD, or maybe out of date and not work with USB adapters. I found following software that is a much more modern version...

What would you do with SAA if you were President?

Government has a proven track record of not being good at managing state owned enterprise as well as taking public funds to keep them going. Government is pretty good at letting money get stolen and/or not go to the desired destination. SAA is an asset to South Africa, but SA should move away...

    Atomic Access Feedback

Frogfoot charge ISP's the same for a Installation/Migration/Reconnect. MyBB did an article on switching fees a while back here. We've asked if they could consider reviewing the costs ‍♂️. Sometimes fibre networks have to replace an ONT, ONT power supply, or fix a line break. It's fairly...
