    I have seen 12.9v and 12.8v but have only checked the LCD periodically for the last 2 hours. Don’t have a multimeter unfortunately. The battery charged from 6am this morning to 6pm.     Yes Fan is running and switch is on 10A. I read somewhere 20A would not be good for the battery. To be honest there is so much conflicting info on the internet but certainly prefer to err on the side of caution.

    By Inverter off I meant you can set it to not take over on power failure. i.e. Inverter dies on load shed but charges when eskom is on. i.e. online image is off on the LCD.

    I would have to open the box to check that - Battery is in a trolley. I was giving values form the inverter input which is 247Volts - I cant open up the box right now but I can check it later.

    Sorry - its a 100ah (1280wh) battery. Call it 2 days in between load shedding with the inverter off.
