My phone data is used for Apps I don’t have. How is this possible?

My daughter’s data dissapeared overnight. When we checked on the vodacom app, her data was used by Tumblr. However she doesn’t have Tumblr on her phone. When we checked my phone and my wife’s phone is showing data usage, by Tumblr as well. How is this possible?
