    I didn't open a support ticket came straight here I am on the Madrid VPN now and it's working fine im afraid to try without it I had 4k ms world in WOW EU What do u need from my side to help ?

    @CoolEscalator @PBCool I didnt read the past few pages but I got issues every day past few days from 6 to 8:30 pm or so High latency high packet loss to Europe - Mainly wow servers that I notice it griefing me. On MetroFibre backhaul.

    180ms to Riot Games servers?

    May I ask what is that madrid stuff people are talking about I normally get 170ms to dota servers (EU WEST) and I ping 141ms to that IP 162.249.72.0 is there a way to reduce my latency ?

    It is not optimal like in the previous weeks/months but its definitely better than 4/400 , currently testing at 80-100/400mbps
