MWEB internet access slow

Yes, I have had very slow speeds (anything from 5mbps to 20 mbps) on a 200mbps fibre line with MWeb and Frogfoot (I am based in Cape Town). The problem started with the undersea cable breaks which affected my ping. Since 18 Feb, when both the cables had been fixed, my ping went back to normal...
