Ninjarecruits is a small recruitments company focused on finding job placements for developers - by developers.

We don't ask you for a CV and then ask you to jump through hoops to fill out your CV again in our custom web system, just like all the others do. All we ask is that you maintain your LinkedIn.com profile and we'll try and get all the information we can from there.

Of course, not everything is in your LinkedIn right? We'll still need to know some things, like your salary expectations, do you want to work in the office or remote (or hybrid).

We'll then scour the land for places offering positions, we'll align on what matters most to you as best we can - and finally, we'll let you decide which positions you're interested in before we let the companies even know you exist.

And the best part? We'll give you a % cut of the placement fee - paid into your bank account once you've decided who you're going with. (We pay you when they pay us).
