    Cant Rica my Rain sim

    Wonder if anyone can help, seeing as Rain support never answers or offer support. I am struggling to Rica my account as my ID was stolen so I only have a driver's license. Of course payment had come off my account on the 22/4 already but still no response from Rain as to how to get Rica'd
