    Agreed but if she ever moves back it will. It is shocking how quick Rain is to demand money but has ZERO interest in actually providing customer service

    My daughter cancelled her Rain account in October 2022 when she moved to Europe. Suddenly we are receiving letters of demand . Was basically told we are lying that we cancelled the contract online. I have sent numerous service requests to Rain to contact me and this has still not happened...
